21B Medical Droid -- Keep an eye out when you are on Tatooine in the Jawa Village as you will find 21B appearing to have taken on the role of bartender!
Bantha Herd -- On Tatooine if you keep your eyes out you can see a herd of Bantha beasts walking in the distance.
Clumsy Stormtrooper -- On the Hoth TRAINING Mission inside the hanger if you pay attention to the background you can see a Stormtrooper recreating the funny head-bumping scene from ESB as he is trying to walk under the stairs. Man they really went all out for this game!
Escape Pod -- You can actually find one of the Escape Pods that was jettisoned from the Rebel Cruiser as Darth Vader was capturing it above Tatooine - probably not the one that R2 and C3PO came down in but still. Just look near the Sarlacc Pit.
Ewoks on Endor -- That's right those cute furry little guys are there! And if you get too close or shoot at them they will throw a rock at you! Get his in the head by it and you might unlock an Achievement. Or not.
Jabba's Palace -- During the FIGHTER SQUADRON mission play if you look off into the distance you will see a familiar shape - the Palace of Jabba the Hutt! You can even fly there but not for long, since it is placed out of bounds of the battlfield so about the time you get there your timer will end up killing you. Just saying.
Jawa Transport & Tusken Raiders -- On Tatooine we get to see the iconic Jawa Transport and Tusken Raiders from the first film - but wait, is it technically the first film now that... Whoa... Confusion.
K3PO - When you are making your way through the base on Hoth keep an eye out for a very badly damaged 3PO laying on the floor. At first glance it may even fool you into thinking it is C3PO but no - when you spot the red markers on its chest it can only be K3PO!
Krate Dragon Bones -- Yup they are also present on the Tatooine map and you cannot not avoid them as one of the Collectible Tokens is near it.
R2D2 & C3PO Theatre - If you leave the game on the load screen long enough you will trigger a scene of R2 and C3PO replaying a scene from the movies.
Ralph McQuarrie’s Unused Concept Art - The wizards behind SWB did not just make everything up on their own it seems - they actually dip into the huge resource pool at LucasArts and the movie productions to pull off some amazing inclusions that only really seriously committed fans are likely to recognize.
In particular that includes some of the unused concept designs from designer Ralph McQuarrie, among which are (on Endor) the Hut Village and this really scary Lizard Thingy...
Sarlacc Pit (including Sarlacc) -- On Tatooine you will find the epic Sarlacc in its pit from the movie - in fact you HAVE to find it since one of the Collectible Tokens is actually hovering above it.
Wompa and Tauntauns on Hoth -- When you are playing the battle Missions on Hoth if you look off into the distance you can see a Wompa chasing some Tauntauns. How about that?
