After the Marguerite Boss Fight, collect her Lantern and head back out. There's a gate that will crumble as you attempt to leave. The desk drawer behind it contains Shotgun Shells. After saving at the trailer, head back to the Old House and use the Lantern in the area behind the Crow Door.

The next few rooms are spooky but ultimately wholly empty. In the very last bedroom, inspect the small house in the corner to find a clue on how to proceed. Crouch and look for the hidden entrance to a chamber behind the bed, where you can find the D-Series Arm.

You'll now simply need to exit the Old House and return to the Crow Door, but a few Molded will have appeared. By far the best strategy is to run past all of them, since you'll never need to visit this area ever again. You might incur a hit when going past the first one in the small corridor, but it's preferable to wasting a lot of ammunition on these creatures. Pick up the phone near the Crow Door, then head to the trailer and answer the phone once again.
Check the fridge in the trailer to find the deputy's head; look on the back to find the Memo on Deputy's Head file.

Now you'll need to revisit the Main House again. Bring your Handgun and Shotgun, some ammo, and some restoratives. Go through the Scorpion Door in the Main Hall and downstairs to the basement. You'll need to go all the way down to the Morgue. On the final steps leading to the Morgue (where you fought Jack), a Crawling Molded will appear. Quickly deal with it, for example with the Shotgun. Continue up the steps and go into the Dissection Room, where you'll need to inspect the neck of the deputy's body to find the Snake Key.

With this in hand, you have no more business in the basement. Exit the Dissection Room and ignore the two enemies on the left (where you came from). Instead, proceed to the right, ignore the Molded that appears, and quickly go downstairs and use the Snake Key on the door and head through. Go up and close the door behind you. There's another Molded creature near the basement's exit, so quickly run past it and go upstairs to the Safe Room. You can then head downstairs and close the door to be safe.
You can now visit the Kid's Room or the Master Bedroom in the Main House with the Snake Key in hand. Let's go to the Kid's Room first. Head into the Main Hall and kill the two Molded (one with a pincer, one regular), considering it's an area you'll be in a few more times. With these out of the way, head upstairs and go to the hall adjacent to the Recreation Room, where one of the Snake Doors is. This is the Kid's Room.
Inside you can find Shotgun Shells underneath the drawers immediately to your left, the Lucas Journal file on the small desk to the left, the Torn Page from Journal on the white cabinet to the right, some Handgun Ammo in the small cabinet next to the bed, Supplements on the airco at the window, a Lockpick inside the vase on the plank on the wall to the right, and the lamp on the table which contains a button that lowers a ladder, giving you access to the Attic. There's also a Herb standing next to the ladder, inside a vase.

Go up the ladder and inspect the cabinet to find the Happy Birthday Videotape. Turn around to spot a Mr. Everywheres Statue to the right side of the ladder. You can find a Toy Axe and a Model Shotgun in the corner of the area (the latter can be used to retrieve the Broken Shotgun from the Main Hall, which can be repaired with a Repair Kit). There's also some Strong Chem Fluid on the shelves in the back of the room.

Here you'll also find the Judgement shadow puzzle. The idea by now should be pretty clear; rotate the statue until the shadow it creates matches the picture, then press OK. The Keycard (Blue) is revealed afterwards. Head back downstairs. Now is a good time to unlock the box at the end of the outside corridor, which contains (Shotgun) Ammo. Head back to the trailer, but defeat the Crawling Molded in The Yard first. In the trailer, (optionally) watch-play the Happy Birthday Video.
