The ice arrows are not required to beat the game, but they do kill certain things faster. cxx(:::::> Smile

It's a place where you can get the Ice Arrows lol!

I don't know how far you are in the game, but if you're an Adult and have Epona - go to Gerudo Valley and use her to jump the gap where the bridge should be to get to Gerudo Fortress.

Once you free the 4 Carpenters, then you can do the Gerudo Training Grounds!

It's just a sort of dungeon in the Gerudo territory. You'll have to go to Gerudo for the storyline, and once you get the membership card, you can do the training grounds. It's just a bunch of rooms. You get a bunch of keys then go through like a hallway of locked doors. Unlock all the locked doors and walk your way to the chest. Smile

It's the Gerudo's Training Ground in Gerudo's Fortress. Once you have freed all the prisoners and gained the Gerudo's Membership Card (which enables you to come and go as you please) you can access the training ground.

It's in Guerdo Valley. If you go to Guerdo Fortress you will see a guy in front of the fortress that is dressed in white. Go up and talk to him and he will tell you that you can try to beat the training ground. So pay him some ruppees and he will open this gate for you and you head in. Basically the whole grounds is annoying and time consuming. You just find keys the entire time so that you can keep opening doors that lead you closer and closer to the treasure, ice arrows. I never found myself using the arrows but I still got them anyways cause I wanted to completely beat the game. Anyways good luck!
