Keep slashing it with your sword until it breaks into three smaller hands. When it turns a greenish color and flies at you just put your sheild up. You have to kill the three smaller hands carefully though because if one jumps on you it will suck on your neck and then get big again. My best choice is to z-target after and then kill them with arrows. Good luck!!!

Just keep attacking the big hand (usually with your Sword) - if it breaks down into three little hands, destroy them too!
