I have just enterd the water temple. In the corner of the temper there is a ledge that you jump on and then there is a door closed by metal bars and there also is a dark blue sign on the wall that has the "triangle" symbol thing on it.
If you check and see what Navi says about it, it says somthing about " to open the door play the song passed down by the royal family", (or sumthing like that).
I figured it ment zelda's luliby song but when I play it nuthing happends. I played it right in front of the door and also in front of the dark blue sign. What song am I supposed to play to open the door and am I playing it in the right spot?

Yeah, the blue tiles on the wall with the Triforce logo on it do require you to play Zelda's Lullaby to activate them. I think there are 3 of them at different levels of the Water Temple, and each changes the water level.
So maybe the one you played the Ocarina in front of isn't doing anything because the water level is already at that level. For the iron barred door, you'll need to find the switch for it. Think there might be a switch on the other side of the room that you need to hit with your sword, I can't remember.
Hmmm, you are supposed to play Zelda's Lullaby (C-left, C-up, C-right, C-left, C-up, C-right)?! Make sure you play it right in front of the Triforce Symbol (3 triangles) on the wall - it should work!?
When something is marked with the triforce symbol onto it, that is your time to play Zelda's Lullaby and something will happen. Why the water level is not rising/falling is because it is already on that level. That is the only possible explanation.
As for the door you need to find the right switch to open it. These switches look like a diamond with yellow inside of them. These switches are scattered all across the water temple so just have a look around until you find the right one. Also i'll give you a hint:
The water temple is one of the hardest temples it combines different skills and there is a lot of backtracking if you have not done something right on a floor so make sure that every possible thing is completed on that floor before proceeding to the next one.
