Jubjub is a species of Neopet...
Catch a fish in your Empty Bottle (there are some in the shallow water near the rocks in Zora's Domain, near the waterfall).
Stand in front of Lord Jabu-Jabu. You don't need to be too close, you just need to be on the altar/platform.
Let the fish out of the jar.
Should you want to enter Lord Jabu-Jabu's belly a second time, simply approach and he will open his mouth. You do not need more fish.
