How to Get the Broken Geography Achievement

To get the Broken Geography Achievement you must place 10 cards you did not have in your deck, not counting the Oblivion card. This is incredibly difficult to do and could take a long time as it is RNG based which means you will be relying on luck.

The only way you can get the Broken Geography Achievement is through the enemy Prime Matter who has the ability Creation which gives you 3 random cards with a 33% chance of a gold card. To make matters more difficult as Prime Matter is an enemy that has a chance of spawning from a defeated Ghost of a Ghost, which has a chance of spawning from a defeated Ghost, Which has a 20% chance of spawning from a defeated enemy with a soul near a battlefield. To make things even more difficult Prime Matter’s ability can still give you cards that you already have in your deck.

It does not matter which class you use when you attempt to get this achievement, what you will need to have in your deck are Battlefield and Grove cards. Implementing the following tips into your strategy will help you considerably:

- Use the minimum amount of cards needed, so you increase your chance of getting a new card.

- Replace Smith's Forge with Outpost if you are using the Warrior or Rogue class.

- Ancestral Crypt can be switched with Arsenal.

- Change Landscape cards according to your class.

- Don't use the Blood Grove card as it doesn’t technically kill any enemies, so it won't spawn ghosts.

Play on at least Chapter 2, so Prime Matter has their Creation ability to give you 3 random cards. You may want to consider attempting this on Chapter 4 since it has no limit on resources which may come in helpful. Place as many Groves cards as possible and then overlap them with the Battlefield cards. Doing this will not increase the chances for Ghost spawns, it still stays at 20%. From here onwards all you can do is continue updating your gear and hope you are lucky with the RNG. Also make sure you have enough landscape space to place a Treasury.
