NOTE: All of the videos uploaded contain every chapter and section in the game KNACK. Below are the video descriptions. They show where the secret rooms are in each chapter and have the correct video timestamp for people to search by!
Chapter 1-1: His Greatest Creation
The first chapter of Knack. Just a very basic tutorial level. There are no secret rooms whatsoever in this section.
Chapter 1-2: Viktor's Challenge
You can find a total of three secret rooms in this chapter. See below:
Secret Room #1: 0:55
Summary: After learning the BLAST power and jumping the gap, break through the wall under the arch and you will find this chest at the bottom.
Secret Room #2: 2:35
Summary: After destroying the three robots but *before* moving onward, check the wall to the right to find an obviously weak wall. Destroy it to find this chest.
Secret Room #3: 4:28
Summary: After climbing the wall, break the weak wall behind the relic box to find the chest.

Chapter 2-1: The Adventure Begins
We're starting to get into the game now! Unfortunately there are no secret rooms in this level either!
Into the mines! We can find two secret rooms in this part, see below!
Secret Room #4: 2:06
Summary: Right after the "relic building" scene, head to the right to find a cubby with a lighting bug. Search to the right to find a breakable wall with a treasure chest at the end.
Secret Room #5: 5:26
Summary: After powering up the first generator in the mines, backtrack and open up the door in the hallway (hit the switch) to find this treasure chest.

Chapter 2-3: An Unexpected Encounter
Secret Room #6: 4:38
Summary: After the "As you were..." scene exiting the mine, check to the north of the doctor to find a brittle wall leading to this chest.

Secret Room #7: 1:58
Summary: After taking out the two archer goblins past "beetle arena", punch the northwest wall to uncover this hidden pathway leading to this chest.
Secret Room #8: 5:26
Summary: After dodging the rock the goblin rolls at you and defeating the smaller archer and melee goblins after that, break the north wall to find this chest at the end.

Secret Room #9: 2:00
Summary: After the first spike traps you will run into some goblins. Kill them off and the exit will open. *Before* going on, go break the rock wall to the left of the exit to find this secret room.
Secret Room #10: 5:00
Summary: After killing off a sword, boomerang and explosive goblin (which is just after the scene where Knack says "Wait here"), go destroy the rock walls to the right, near where Lucas is standing. One section will give way, leading to this room.

Secret Room #11: 2:24
Summary: After defeating the first orc in this area (the one fighting with the explosive goblin) break the northern wall to find this chest.
Secret Room #12: 5:10
Summary: After defeating the first grenade orc in the game, go find the breakable wall behind him to uncover the path to this chest.

Chapter 3-3: Inside the Fortress
Secret Room #13: 1:30
Summary: Once you get past the bridge with the pressure plates, you will see some sunstone by a door. Break down the door to find this chest at the end of the path.
Secret Room #14: 5:04
Summary: After killing the orc and grenade orc (after the robot attack), be sure to destroy the wooden wall to the northwest to find the pathway to this chest.

Chapter 3-4: Overwhelming Force
Secret Room #15: 1:10
Summary: After the scene with the goblin boss heading into the mine, head to the left and destroy the wall to find this room with the chest.
Secret Room #16: 4:46
Summary: After the second wave of tanks (the two big ones), be sure to break the northwest wall to find the path leading to this chest.
Secret Room #17: 7:40
Summary: After the first climbing section and the tank battle after that, be sure to destroy the building in the area to uncover the path to this chest.
Knack Guide Video 3-4
Chapter 3-5: The Chieftain's Mech
This is your first boss battle of the game. There are no secret rooms in this level, so just focus on the boss.
Secret Room #18: 1:34
Summary: After defeating the second shock bot, take a right and head all the way to your right. You will see a switch on the wall. Hit it to unlock the nearby bars leading to this chest.
Secret Room #19: 6:56
Summary: After defeating the second group of two sword guards and a missile launcher guard, go through the west door and hit the switch by the box of relics. Return to the previous room and go through the open door on the north wall for this chest.

Chapter 4-2: Some Disassembly Required
Secret Room #20: 4:24
Summary: After defeating the group of enemies with a patrol bot that shoots out orbs (and getting part #19 out of 20), head north and destroy the wall that you find to uncover this chest location.
Secret Room #21: 5:40
Summary: After getting the last chest (and getting part #19 out of 20), head to the left. Do NOT destroy any more enemies or robots. Head left past the main entrance and you'll see another brittle brick wall to the left of the entrance. Destroy it to find this secret room.

Secret Room #22: 0:46
Summary: At the top of the first staircase, break the air conditioning vent and turn into stealth Knack. Go through it to find this chest.
Secret Room #23: 8:56
Summary: *Before* you jump up the withdrawing wall platforms (after killing two missile guards and two sword guards), shrink into stealth Knack and head to the left. Get past the boxes here by hugging the railing. Hit the switch you find to open a door below you, then head down there to find this secret room and chest.

Secret Room #24: 1:48
Summary: After the conveyor belt, head up the stairs and punch the first door you find to uncover the path to this chest.
Secret Room #25: 4:06
Summary: After watching Viktor take the elevator, beat up the guards you see until you destroy a missile guard. Punch the door behind him to find this secret room and chest.

Chapter 5-1: The Doctor's Plan
Unfortunately, there are no secret rooms in this chapter. Oh well...

Chapter 5-3: The Legendary Land
Secret Room #26: 5:18
Summary: During the big eye chase, once you first get to the relics on the ground producing red electricity, jump to the right to find a path leading to this chest.
Secret Room #27: 8:14
Summary: After fighting the animated relic enemies (the snake/worm things), open the next door, but *before* you go through it, head to the left wall and find a small gap you can get through. Follow this path to find this chest.

Secret Room #28: 2:05
Summary: Break down the northern wall in the area right before the golem on the pathway to find this chest.
Secret Room #29: 3:58
Summary: Once you are super small and following the tiny bridges you should be ready for this secret room. You'll head north over a tiny bridge soon. Once you cross it, push up against the wall on the left to find this hidden room and chest.
Secret Room #30: 11:34
Summary: After fighting the guardian, getting past his door and then fighting two animated relics, look for a path in the hallway the relics were in leading to the right. Follow it to find this chest. Yes we know: it us not very hidden at all...

Secret Room #31: 3:45
Summary: Once you get to the area with three missile guards and a mace guard, go check the north wall. Find the crystal part at the left end and break the wall down immediately to the right to uncover this pathway and chest.

Secret Room #32: 4:31
Summary: After fighting the two ninja bots and seeing a scene, head to the left instead of continuing. Gather the wood and break the brittle wall back here to find this chest.
Secret Room #33: 5:30
Summary: After being forced to be on fire for the second time, battle your way past a bridge and you'll find a metal and wood door to the left you can break for this part.
Secret Room #34: 8:20
Summary: After riding an elevator down and killing a ninja bot (with a spear), go destroy the wall to the north (the left side of it) to find this hidden room and chest.

Chapter 6-3: Rooftops and Ramparts
Secret Room #35: 0:36
Summary: After battling the four guards at the beginning of the chapter, check the right wall for a breakable section and destroy it to find this chest.
Secret Room #36: 3:46
Summary: After the scene about the Doctor and Charlotte, head onward and you will soon beat up two crossbow guards. After killing them, go destroy the wall to the right to find this hidden room and chest.
Secret Room #37: 4:39
Summary: After your fight with the mace-bot and the two ninja bots with spears, look for an arch on the right. Break the wall to uncover this hidden chest.

Secret Room #38: 3:13
Summary: After the fight with the three waves of robots, head forward until you encounter a lone guard. Past him keep your eyes open on the right wall for an arch and brittle wall you can break to find this chest.

Summary: After jumping down to the new area (after the fight with the two mace bots), destroy the wall to your left to find this hidden room and chest.

Secret Room #40: 1:15
Summary: When you get to the area with all the boxes, destroy the enemies then destroy the boxes on the right hand side to find this hidden room and chest.
Secret Room #41: 2:30
Summary: After the first chase sequence, defeat the two goblins you find and then bash in the door on the left to find this chest room.

Summary: After the tunnel, take out the orc and then break down the wall to the left to find this chest.

Summary: While climbing the second set of moving platforms, head all the way to the top. Gather the sunstone and break the weak wall to the right of the sun stone to find this hidden chest.

Summary: After fighting the first enemy with a shield and club, go break down the northern wall to find this hidden room and chest.

Summary: After beating up the two hammer goblins, head around the next corner and bash down the door you see to find this chest and room.
Secret Room #46: 3:11
Summary: After the fight with the gun goblin and the hammer goblin, head to the right and bash the next doorway you see to find this chest.

Chapter 9-2: The Weapons Factory
Secret Room #47: 3:52
Summary: After getting past the second magnet, defeat the two orcs you meet and go punch the north door outline to find this room and chest.
Secret Room #48: 5:49
Summary: After getting past the crate-making machine, head to the next room with the pile of metal on the floor. Punch the left wall to find this hidden room and chest.
Secret Room #49: 12:44
Summary: Once you get to the third metal receptor, *DO NOT* give it your metal. Instead head to the left and break down the wall to the north to find this secret room. Tricky!
Secret Room #50: 16:02
Summary: After heading outside of the factory, take the left path and punch the wall at the end to find this chest.

Chapter 9-3: An Unwelcome Surprise
Secret Room #51: 2:19
Summary: North of the third magnet mine is a green door. Bash it in and head down that path, then punch the left wall to find this hidden area.
Secret Room #52: 5:36
Summary: After fighting the second tank inside the building, break down the door you'll find to the right to find this hidden chest.
Secret Room #53: 11:50
Summary: After destroying the arsenal, take out the saw-blade robot you find, then take the left path. Punch the wall at the end for this chest.

Secret Room #54: 2:24
Summary: After battling the bomb / boomerang goblin duo, stay on the upper path and jump over the gap. Bash the wall you find to get to this chest room.
Secret Room #55: 10:23
Summary: After the Charlotte scene, head forward and kill a total of three fist goblins. After heading outside you'll see some explosive traps. Break the wall to the north of those traps (to the left of the giant crystal) to find this secret room. Finally, a well-hidden one!

Chapter 10-2: Message from the Past
Secret Room #56: 5:58
Summary: Once you dodge the area full of explosive traps, continue on and beat up the orcs and two catapults to make a gate drop. Head through it and immediately punch the rock wall to the north to find this very well hidden secret room.

Summary: After seeing the scene of the lava covered mountain, go break the left lower wall to find this secret room.
Secret Room #58: 3:30
Summary: After battling a gun and explosion guard combo, go punch the upper right wall to expose this chest and room.

Summary: After battling the enemies in front of the giant circular door, look to the left for a wall with green script. Punch through it to find this room and chest.
Secret Room #60: 6:39
Summary: Once you get to the second room with a giant circular door, go check the right wall near the entrance to find this hidden chest.

Secret Room #61: 3:28
Summary: After the first cut-scene in this part, go forward and break a relic box. From there, go south and punch the wall you find to uncover this hidden chest.

Chapter 12-1: Inside the Airship
Secret Room #62: 4:46
Summary: After crossing the fans outside and defeating the enemies, go punch the left wall where the door frame (or outline) is and you will find this hidden room.

Chapter 12-2: No More Sneaking Around
Secret Room #63: 1:06
Summary: After riding across the platform near the start of this level, go punch the left wall to uncover this hidden room and chest.
Secret Room #64: 8:26
Summary: Once you get to the top of the crate area (near where the gattling gun robots are) you will notice that there is a narrow walkway off to the left. Follow it and break down the wall you find to find this hidden area.

Secret Room #65: 0:28
Summary: After beating up the ninja bots at the start of the level, go punch the lower left wall in the area they were in to find this secret room.
Secret Room #66: 4:25
Summary: In the room with the two gattling gun robots (and the one robot that breaks out of a crate on the left), defeat the robots then check the right wall (in front of the crate) to find this secret room and chest.

Summary: After riding down the pillar elevator, go beat up the two guards and guard robot you find. Now go punch in the rock wall to the left to find this hidden chest.

Chapter 13-2: Bigger and Better

Secret Room #68: 3:05
Summary: While walking on the relic path, you will have to jump up to the left at some point followed by dropping down. After you drop down, look at the wall. Right past the blue crystal punch the wall to find this (fairly well) hidden room.
