Chapter 13-1: No Man's Land

Head forward and you'll see that the golems and Viktor's men are busy fighting with eachother. You can skip this first battle if you want (or help whoever) but the second one between the robot and guardian you must kill them both on (side with the robot to make life easier). Keep going wiping out whoever you can. You'll face another guardian soon (attack after the shockwaves) and then you'll see a short scene.

Head forward and take out the the shield bot and guards (guards first), then head north to see a shield bot and guardian fighting (again, I'd help out the robot). Head northwest to an elevator (of sorts).

At the bottom, go beat up the guard robot and guards, but before moving on find the relics and then go punch in the wall just to the left to find:

HIDDEN CHEST #55:

After riding down the pillar elevator, go beat up the two guards and guard robot you find. Now go punch in the rock wall to the left to find this hidden chest.

Continue north for a scene...

Run! The big giant yellow light means death! On the way punch the soldiers you see (they will fight you later if you don't) and drop down to a shield guardian and some guards and guard robot. Wipe them out and head north. Take out the two shield guardians you find and keep going north to see some guardians fighting some humans (help the humans but kill everything - the guardians may even have won by the time you help).

Keep going north to see a scene. Afterward wait for the yellow light to turn off and head past the ring. Do the same for the one to the north, then fight the shield guardian and sword guardian (save a power). Head to the right now and drop down. You'll face two sword guardians here, so we recommend using a Shockwave attack between them to take them both out.

Head north and beat up the guards, then grab the relics. Keep going and soon you'll get to the giant relics you saw earlier... oh yea!

Head to the left and enter the ruins. You can easily ramapage through this area, just watch out for the shield guardians spear attacks and the sword guardians in general. Continue on until you climb up a section and gather some more relics.

Continue to rampage. You'll collect some relics along the way and will soon have to drop down into an area with *three* sword guardians (use a Shockwave attack here as they can still be deadly in numbers). You'll see a scene after that and Knack will go down to challenge the new foe.

Let's call this guy a Giant Guardian. Seems fitting. He has a three hit combo, can smack the ground to release an energy wave, and won't let you get in more than two hits (he puts up a shield if he takes more hits). To defeat him, it is best to wait for his area attack, then jump over the shockwave and then give him two punches. Do that three times and he is toast.

Continue on and fight your way north, following the path and crushing any debris that may be in your way. You'll have to fight another giant guardian soon, so be ready. Head forward to see a scene as Knack drops down to an area down below.

Clear the debris to the north and fight yet another giant guardian (who is honestly the only challenge right now). Continue on and smash the insect guards (and sunstone) then head north to another giant guardian. Keep on going after him to fight yet another one (sheesh) and then yet another one shows up immediately after you kill that one (Really!? Watch out as he can start an attack right away - feel free to use a power).

Head north for a scene and the end of this part.
