Relic Management

What can you do with relics that are your inventory? In Hero Cantare, relics are items that you can use in order to provide your characters with additional buffs. You can obtain relics when opening cubes through the Portal and they come in different rarities, you can also obtain Relics through the Forge. These are then added to Relic Slots of your character, and you can have up to two as long as you have unlocked the slots.

When checking your inventory's relic page, all of the relics that you have acquired so far are displayed here according to their rarity. Multiple items can be displayed as well if you have duplicate pulls from the portal or through the forge. When checking a Relic’s details, you’ll see which Type of character is eligible to use it. Relics are important items that can make your character stronger. There are bonus stats provided which aid on increasing the ones that your Hero has, and each relic has a special effect as shown in the description. This can provide you with different varieties in terms of your build as well per character.

Upgrading Relics

Not only can you equip relics in Hero Cantare, but you are able to use spare relics as materials in order to upgrade a relic of your choice. When doing this, you get to increase the bonus stats of your current relic, which in turn boosts your character’s stats.

Upgrading relics enable you to make use of your excess other relics. Higher grades provide you with more Relic EXP to Level it up. Make sure to check each relic's bonus stats and effects if it will mix well with the character of your choice. We suggest that you upgrade SS Relics in order for you to get the best stat bonuses.

Exclusive Relics

As discussed in our Hero Cantare Relics Guide , some characters can gain exclusive relics through their Awaken Tree. These types of relics can only be used by that character that you've unlocked it from. You can unlock exclusive relics by looking for the specific icon as shown below:

Since Relics are limited items in terms of acquisition, you can equip low Grade relics first as temporary ones until you're able to get S or SS versions. If you plan to upgrade a relic, it's best to upgrade strong grades. You'll need to focus first on characters of your choice by Awakening them and unlocking their Relic Slots first.
