The Hero Dungeon lets you take character specific challenges; you must complete Stage 5-10 in the game’s story mode in order to access this area. In this mode, you’ll need to have a specific character and a level requirement in order to access their dungeon.
The stages provide first time rewards and repeat rewards. In order to access advanced stages, you must complete the previous ones first which have requirements for the character of your choice. This is a good area for farming Hero shards/memories.

The Advent Boss is a dungeon feature; you must complete Stage 5-20 in order in the game’s story mode in order to access this area. In this mode, you can use your Stamina tickets to defeat Advent Bosses multiple times in order to farm items for boss artifacts.
Higher levels provide a boss with higher HP and stats, but they provide you with more rewards. You can then use these rewards at the Forge.
