Hero Shards Guide

The inventory section in Hero Cantare provides you with different types of items that you're able to manage. As the name implies, the inventory is your section where you can view all of your items in the game. One of these items are Hero Shards, also known as Hero Memories. In this guide, we'll be discussing these items in detail and what you'll be able to do with them.

Hero Shards Interface

In your inventory section, the Hero Shards tab will show you how much character specific memories that you have on hand. Hero shards that you acquire can come from a variety of sources such as the Portal whenever you get duplicate memories, through the shops in the game, and even as rewards in the game's story.

What are Hero Shards used for?: Hero shards are important items because they are used to make your character stronger. They become material requirements in order for you to perform the following tasks:

* Increasing your character's Star rarity

* Unlocking your EX Skill

These are needed if you plan on having a character as part of your main party. Your end-game goal is to have a character with a 6 star rating, because this will enable you to unlock all slots in your awakening tree. Salvaging Hero Shards

Now you might be wondering what you can do with extra hero shards that you don't need. There are a lot of characters in the game, and you'll be focusing on specific ones only since your resources are limited in terms of who you will level up and make stronger.

In the inventory section of Hero shards, you can salvage your spare shards and convert them into Memory Stones. This is useful if you don’t plant to use the hero in question. Memory stones are limited Resources, so converting your extra shards will help you out with getting more.

Why should you salvage Hero Shards?: One reason you'll need to salvage memory shards are for the materials that you gain from them. Memory Stones of varying rarities are required items in order for you to unlock slots in your Awakening tree. This unlocks different passives and Skills for your character in order to make them stronger.
