Baldur's Gate 3 Cheats and Tips

An ancient evil has returned to Baldur's Gate and its fate lies in your hands. Take a look at our cheats and tips to get help as you gather your party and return to the Forgotten Realms.

Baldur's Gate 3 Cheats and Tips

Baldur's Gate 3 is a role-playing game that features both single-player and cooperative multiplayer elements. The story takes place 120 years after the events of the previous game in the series and is primarily set in the Sword Coast in western Faerun. The game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

Baldur's Gate 3 Cheats and Tips

The cheats and tips below will help your game progression in Baldur's Gate 3.

  • Spread Out

Resist the temptation of keeping the party together and trying to tackle the forces of evil together. In Baldur's Gate 3 if your party is bunched up it will make it easier for enemy spellcasters to use powerful spells or rogues to use items such as Grease, Oil, and more to inconvenience you all.

By spreading out your party will not be able to be hit all at once. Although the best strategy is to spread the party out you also need to make sure they are nearby so they can aid each other with their abilities if need be.

  • Use Stealth to Progress

When you enter areas that you get an uncertain feeling about it is advised that you progress through them using stealth. Staying in the shadows and moving quietly can sometimes allow you to bypass whole swathes of combat which would lead to certain death. Additionally, you may even be able to find some loot.

  • Pay Attention to Weapons

In Badur's Gate 3 it is important that you pay attention to the weapons and armor your party is using as the different members will have strengths and weaknesses with different items. It is crucial that you know what weapons you can and can't wield without putting yourself at a disadvantage before you purchase them.

Building a Party Guide

Building a Party Guide
