Top 15 Hoenn Pokemon that Deserve a Mega Evolution

Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire introduced numerous new Hoenn Pokemon Mega Evolutions: Mega Rayquaza, Mega Latios, Mega Latias, Mega Sceptile, Mega Blaziken and Mega Swampert (to name a few). However, that doesn't mean that a number of Hoenn Pokemon weren't left out and are still waiting for a Mega Evolution. In this feature, we will take a look at the fifteen Hoenn Pokemon that we fell still deserve a Mega Evolution. Usually we would only do a Top Ten for something like this, but in efforts to go a step beyond that, we decided upon the number fifteen. And easily, fifteen left out Pokemon came to mind.

We will do our best to keep personal opinions and thoughts aside, but, since we too are fans of the franchise, there might be some bias shown here and there. Like we said, we will do our best to keeps things clean and let the Pokemon themselves earn their rankings. And before we forget, it is important to know that a number of factors go into each ranking. These include the realistic possibility of the Pokemon receiving a Mega Evolution, how much they statistically need a Mega Evolution, and, last but not least, how popular they were among fans. If a Pokemon didn't please fans in their Normal Forms, odds are the creators won't give them another one to try to achieve this.
