Morthal
Morthal is a small town located in central Skyrim and acts as Hjaalmarch's capital city. It is located deep in the marshes of Hjaalmarch and is very isolated compared to the other hold capitals. It serves no major role in any questline and it only offers a few quests itself. The main points of interest are the burned down house relating to the quest "Laid To Rest" and the summoning circle used to cure vampirism
