Whiterun
Whiterun is a city located in the central part of Skyrim and is the capital of Whiterun Hold. It consists of 3 districts; The plains district, which is mostly reserved for the shops and market, The Wind District, which is mostly residential, and the Cloud District which only hosts the keep, Dragonsreach. Whiterun plays a major role in the main questline, being the location for the first dragon attack. It is also the home for the Companions questline. Its main points of interest are the Dragonsreach, and Jorrvaskr, the home to the Companions.
