Well go to dead tree and then the meeting house if it doesn't open it might say it hasn't been opened for years it will open eventually in the game

Go to deadtree and go to the meeting house. Then go behind the meeting house(few steps to the left then go to the rigt door)then dig up the charm necklace at the 2nd to the last grave

Go to dead tree then meeting house go out to the graveyard Find his graveyard and select dig. Give the charm to annie, go back to your house
