What next after defeating doctor dominion?
Actually I also defeated doctor dominion, and as what I had learn while talking to Rossum guy, there is somewhat a "MASTERMIND" in there... What is that? Anybody knows about that? And I don�t know what to do with that... How can we know who the mastermind is? HELP please!!!

Well , when I completed the game and talked to Issac Rossum, he didn't say anything about "MASTERMIND". He only said "we wouldn't see Dr Newlow for a long time". Hope it helps 
Oh, and you can go back to the Monument using the teleporter to change your sim's aspiration or wateva.

You must find out some secrets when you find it out youll know who is the mastermind and I don't know if you can get your car back cause man it's back and sometimes it's gone here a little cheat press l and are and square and press them together youll see a hpurple heart click that click activate then do whatever you want

By the way its a "Cheat" perk! you can fill sanity (the diamond one on your left) earn 1000 simeoleons and others btw you can also reset urgencies(reset means make it full)

The 'MASTERMIND Control' is the one Doctor Dominion wear on his head when you are defeating doctor dominion in the game, the thing that he wears on his head, you can teleport back to the Monument to touch his 'MASTERMIND Controller' and it will change your sim whateva like 'Social' Sim, Knowledge 'Sim', 'Money' Sim, I choose Social cause it's better than Money is just lame, Hope I help, You have completed the 'WHOLE' GAME and now I'm boring
