Max Motives Cheat
Ive tried to use this cheat but it doesnt seem to work and I've also tried to use the boolprop one too and that doesnt work please help I've already had 2 sims die.

the cheat is (maxmotives on) without the parenthesis

Could be anything.
1. Make sure it's typed in correctly> maxmotives
2. The boolprop cheat will work if you go to the neighborhood view and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and then go to the house and you should be able to drag their need around.
If it doesn't work, well, you're game might have a glitch or something in it. Any new downloads might have caused it. Or you might just have to do everything yourself. Sorry!
PS: TURN THE CHEAT OFF WHEN YOU'RE DONE WITH IT!! It can cause big problems in your game.

for example if you used boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then to turn it off you would use boolprop testingcheatsenabled false. With any cheat the you type on/off or true/false you use the off/false at the end of the cheat

The only cheat I seem to be allowed to do is "motherlode".
All other cheats bring up an error message.
I've tried several other cheats like "maxmotives" and "boolprop" but none (apart from "motherlode") work.

No just click on: properties on the sims 2 application>compatibly>run in windows xp service pack 3. worked for me cuz i also have windows 7 :D

It's so annoying! The first time I played, the cheat worked. Then it didn't work. It worked again. And now it's not working anymore. It sucks...

Drag your hunger and stuff up so u dont need 2 worry. type in aspiration 1000 and you can change your horoscope to anything you want and change all the aspiration all the way. Unfortunately, you cannot get the rewards.

WHO EVER POSTED THIS : boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and THEN type in moveobjects on trust me, this works! Drag your hunger and stuff up so u dont need 2 worry. type in aspiration 1000 and you can change your horoscope to anything you want and change all the aspiration all the way. You did it wrong if you have sims 2 nightlife and the original game you put in maxmotives in the cheat box. Then you unpause,resume the game for 3 seconds or until there needes fill up then pause the game again and put in motivedecay off then the bbox dissappears then your sim will have a happy life..... But if there needs drop or your sims grows up or one moves in type the cheats again but this DOESNT WORK FOR SIMS 3 GAMES

Step 1: In neighborhood view, press Ctrl+Shift +C , type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true , press Enter
Step 2: Click on the house you will be using this cheat for and enter it.
Step 3: Once you've entered the house, pause the game.
Step 4: Go to the mailbox, press and hold Shift & click on the mailbox.
Step 5: Click on Make all motives static.
Step 6: Go to your Sim's needs and click on the end of each need bar and it will fill up.
This cheat will stay active until you quit the game. To use it again when your Sim's needs start getting low, just pause the game, go to your Sim's needs, click on the end of the needs bar and it will fill back up.
