I was wondering that!
I have completed the game hundreds of times and I never seem to find him. So I think they he never comes back

Hes in the beginning of the game but I think frankie fusili has something to do with it. Remember when Frankie Fusili told you to bury the wriggling chest? Honest Jackson dissapears at that time! And plus Frankie Fusili already tried killing him with fire :O

idk. my opinyon is your the new mayr. cause the letter u get at the end that ses you own the town now or somthing. so i guess he left and your the new him.

well you own the town, so it seems logical.you never see him again.

Well after you finish the game when you beat optimun alfred you get the letter at the desk that says this town is now yours so he must make you mayor or something?? Also I'm in the confused state like you lol x

plus at the end,you get a letter saying you own the town,so clearly you got it.

He's in the shed next to the Cow's and Bull you need to have a code and the code it in the desert near the spaceship you need to use your metal detector.Hope that help.

I Have finished the game and at the end he says this town is yours.

But you still get arrested if you do anything wrong.

after fusillie tries to get you to bury him the cop shows up and hides jackson in the shed so he doesnt get hurt W.P.P.(witness protection program)

Remember when frankie fusli asked you to bury the chest ???? It was a wrigling chest remember ???before frankie asked you to do that honest jaskson was still in strangetown!!!!!! Honest jackson dissapered when frankie asked you to bury the chest in the desert!!! So I think that it was honest jackson who was in the chest and frankie kidnapped him!!

You need to get 8 more mechanical skill points and give them to big foot and he gives you the code and you talk to the man at the desk at the hotel lobey and he says where to enter your code on the ds and I know where and I enterd it and I got honest jackson back and then he made me the mayor and I don't need to pay for anything in the store it says your mayor it's free I love this game instead of bigfoot you can also do it with jerkey or misty waters

Okay, daniel llewellyn, I have made best friends with Bigfoot, Jeb Jerkey, and Misty Waters. I have Mechanical 10 (meaning I have fully filled up the Mechanical meter). I've talked to the Concierge (man behind the desk). I've been to the Sheriff's desk, and I've found no code, no way to get in to the shed. So, basically, I've tried every possible thing I can, and no results. Honest Jackson is still missing. If anyone out there knows the code and where I can enter it. Please post it here. I'm getting sick of not being able to talk to Honest Jackson.

Ok, I became best friends with Jeb, Misty, and Bigfoot, and I know all of their secrets. I have also gotten 8 mechanical skill points. But how do I get Mayor Jacskon back? How do I get him back from the cow shed???!!!! Help!

Honest Jackson disappears at some point during the game. It could be a glitch but some think that he was inside the 'wiggling' chest that Frankie asks you to bury as part of a quest.

Mayor Jackson is NOT in the wiggling chest! How do I know? Well, when I had the chest in my pockets, I was just wandering around waiting until night so I could go to the desert and bury it. I went to the city hall, and Jackson was there! So. He's not a dead body in the chest. However, I think jimmy the neck is, because when Frankie Fusilli talks to you when your wearing the microphone he says "I'm paranoid; Jimmy's disappeared.." And other stuff, but that clue leads me to think that Frankie killed Jimmy or something and put him in the chest.

I changed my date to 27 years later and I found a key in mamma hoggs room in the saloon and I went to the cow shed and it opened and honest jackson was blue and asleep in a bed and then the sheriff came and congragulated me and he brought me to the store and mamma and johnny were whispering and the sheriff made them leave and I went to the jail and they both were locked up and when I went back to the store honest jackson was the clerk

I have wondered the same thing myself everytime I've finished this game. But I have come to an conclusion that Franke Fusilli plays a massive role in the disappearance of Honest Jackson. In my knowledge in the first quest that Franke Fusilli has sent you on. Believe it or not that was an failed ammepted to kill Honest Jackson. Frankie Fusilli will get you to deliever a cows head filled with explosions. But of couse Honest Jackson doesn't see that and so he sets the cow on fire because I was riddled with bugs. Once you have calmed Honest Jackson down he will then come to a conclusion that Frankie Fusilli has tried to kill him. And that he will send for backup. And this is where Phoebe Redd comes into the game. Where she takes the wriggling chest from you and locks Honest Jackson in the Cow Yard Shed thing to protect him. He will not come out due to that you will become the next mayor.

Guys it’s a script error! The only way he’ll come back is to hack the game and spawn him. Don’t ask me how to do that I don’t know
