Need help inviting a room mate.

I have tried everything. I have completed all the goals from beginning to end. But when I try and invite a room mate, it doesn't give me that option. I have a max friendship and max relationship with this one person. Please help. Thank you

You have to invite them to your house and you have to fill either relationship or friendship and when you go up to them theres an option that says invite roommate
