Once they have begun to start a relationship with someone, click on the sim and you will have the option of cuddling with another.

What you have to do is put you're sim into a two person bed but don't sleep relax. Than call over someone that you are close with. Once they get into the bed you can press cuddle on the list.

Buy a double bed make sure there is nothing beside it click either side of the bed and click relax then click call over when your couple is finished talking it'll give some options pick cuddle.Hope I helped!

Buy a double bed make shure there is room for your sim to get on both sides then click the bed, then click relax. Once you have done that call over the sim but make shure you guys are close... Once the sim is in the bed the menue will come up then click cuddle
