Yes but they would most likely be very hard to take care of. In order for it to be easier you would have to add some furniture. Like more beds and another bedroom.

You can have more then 4 sims but I only use 2 sims. But it's alot harder to have more sims in one house so just make shure you have double stuff. I had used 4 sims before and I made them all get jobs and I had to fridge's to stove's stuff like that I hope this helps!
