Date of Question: Jan 1 2009 | Question ID: 135701 I have just bought this game and do not know how to use it properly! My sim is dying of hunger cos they don't give you any money so I can't afford food! And how do I get my sim a job? Thanks for all the help! Liss xxx

You have to buy a telephone, computer, or just look at the newspaper to find a job. Buy a refrigerator too for food.

When the paperman delivers the paper pick it up and select "Look for a Job" then you have 3 job choices, lol when you make money you can get a computer and have 5 options, and I don't think you can get a job from a telephone but I'm not sure. Hope this Helps and Happy Gaming!

You can't use the phone to get a job, you have to use either the newspaper or the computer to get a job.You can also just buy a food tree and harvest the fruit and eat for free.

U can buy the food tree and garden, but then in order 2 eat the food 4 free you have to buy a refridgerator.

Well the paperman comes with the paper every ( week) and is you have it for the ps2 then once you to ossy's place do a need and then it gives you 2,000 points money dollars whatever lol you can also buy a fruit tree and it gives you fruit. You can also get the papper and get a job. Right now I'm a miltarty person and I'm gettin ALOT of money
