Really there is no possible game for sims 2 for you to have babies.

No there isnt I'm afraid which I think is an absolute shame! Its the PC Sims2 that has that option.

No the sims don't have babies sorry but you can ask people to move in if you have a romantic relation with them.

Yes, there is a sims game on ps2 that you can have babies.That is named "the sims bustin out" I think but it really sucks in gameplay...

They need to make that option for the ps2 version maybe if we write to the company they will consider that option.

No. Shame to. You can have them on bustin out on ps2 but you have to be married which takes foreva to do.
