Can someone give me a list of all the characters because on the back off the case it says there are 40 characters but I only have 36 I no I need cell.jr and siberman but I don't no they other two so can someone please give me a list.

There are 36 characters initially, the other 4 require fusion or potara; they are Gotenks, Vegito, Gogeta and Kibito Kai.

This should answer the question: "I thought there were over 40 characters in this game?". What you need to do is count the "Base" characters, and then add the Fusions and "Reincarnations" separately.

Here is what I mean:
