You get babidis mind control in the storyline of vegeta and mecha freza and metal cooler you can't get but you can get there regular forms
actualy u can get mecha frieza you need frieza's spaceship and i dont know how to get it but when u do when you get in the red health it will activate and friezas space ship will buzz you up and you will come down as mecha frieza!!!!!!
To get mecha frieza and mecha cooler, you have to fine them on Namek, once you get there in Goku's DU mode, go to the center of the map and search there. On a small island, you will find frieza's space ship. With it equipped, when you die as frieza, it shows a cutscene where frieza gets zapped to the ship and Mecha Frieza drops from the beam. Same thing with Cooler, but i haven't found his space ship capsule yet...
You can unlock Majin Vegeta by playing through his dragon universe, you unlock Metal Cooler on your second walkthrough on Goku at Namek, after you fight Frieza, (before you go super Saiyan) go to the middle island's dot, and fight Cooler, then go north to find Cooler's space ship, and when you die in a fight with it equipped, you'll transform with full health. For Mecha Frieza, in Goku's dragon universe, find the island in the south west, then look for a small island to the east of that.
