Hercule: Use piccolo after you beat DU twice. Then befor you fight Buu, and afterthe "event" at Central City, search the desert surrounding Baba's Palace. You will find a scene with Hercule. After this scene, go to Central City and talk to Videl. After your conversation with Videl, Hercule will become unlocked. Tito
Use Piccolo's Dragon Universe for AT LEAST the second time. BEFORE you fight Buu, and AFTER the "event" at Central City, search the desert surrounding Baba's Palace. Do this carefully, and you will find a scene with Hercule. After this scene, go to Central City and talk to Videl. After your conversation with Videl, Hercule will become unlocked.

You can get ghost goku if you do his DU 4 times just go to ??????
You must complete piccolos DU at least once then in the majin buu saga after the event at central city fly west to the area surrounding babas palace to the scene with hercule then go to central city to talk to videl and he'll be unlocked
