How do I unlock Cell . JR and Sabimen oh and Kobitoshin?

I'v been trying for a while.

Cell jr. - Keep fighting level 66 Tien until Cell breaks in.
Saibamen - Keep fighting level 32 Videl until Nappa breaks in.

For saibamen and Cell Jr. look at my answer for the question below.
For this potara fusion, you must play through Adult Gohan's du story. Unlock supreme kai and then defeat kid buu but instead of going to brolt go to central city and fly west to the coast on a little island there will be a forrest location were you will get the kabitoshin capsule.
