World Tournament
Here's how to unlock the different levels of the World Tournament. 1. Novice: You start the game with this level. 2. Adept: Beat Novice and then buy it at the Skill Shop. 3. Advanced: Beat Adept and then buy it at the skill shop. 4. Cell-Games: Beat Cell when he breaks-in in Dragon Arena.
You have to beat novice and adept levels first the it should be available to buy in the skills shop provided you have a black membership card that is.
