I can't remember frieza but to get final form cooler you do z item fusion and use frieza's older brother with super transformation
To get third frieza 3rd form all you have to do is beat him with either vegita kid gohan can't remeber exact character because I havnt played it since I got dbz tenkachi
To get final form cooler you buy it in the capsule shop ( only way )
You either buy them or find them.
Its pretty easy good luck on finding them.
You get them from the skill shop.

After you defeat Cooler, another event will be in the same place. BEFORE going to this battle, and AFTER you talk to "Metal" Cooler, search north of his space ship. If you find the right spot, you will unlock the "Metal" version of Cooler (the "Cooler's Space Ship" capsule).
