Which is the best character in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3.?

They're really is no best character. But it depends on the gamer. For me, I like Broly, because he's so damn powerful in his attacks. But, their is still Goku, since they gave him Super Sayian 4, he's pretty much the King that we know today. So, that's it for me. See ya later.

That is an "Opinion ONLY" question. It depends on who you like. If you go by the series,....SS4 Gogeta or Omega Shenron. If you are like me,....Trunks or Gohan. Then there's the typical: Goku.

for me, i like trunks, because he has some cool combos. i like supreme kai for his great speed

Probably a tie (if your not including fusions) between Broly (LSS) or Omega Shenron

It's a tie for me between Broly, Cooler (omfg cooler is rape - especially with his spaceship equipped), vegeta, goku, and cell. Vegeta and goku because of the maddddd transformations, skills, and fusions. So much versatility, so much awesomeness.

I like gohan. Especially with the old kai transformation

Hercule, IF items are used. Equipped w/ King's Confidence and Hercule's False Courage, as well as other defensive items and doubling up on his Rolling Hercule Punch, he can handily defeat even Broly and Omega Shenron. It's because his attack and defense constantly get boosted over time, 'till he takes almost no damage from even the strongest of attacks.

Freiza is THE BEST, WITH FREIZA SPACESHIP. WHY? Because he already has SOO MUCH health and SOO MANY TRANSFORMATIONS which make her stronger and stronger, and her death beam is SO FAST, and her death wave is STRONG, and when you transform to 100% full power, use all your moves and your ki and try finishing him with a finisher move, and he still survives to kill you. Freiza's spaceship will pick you up and give you an even GREATER FORM, and all your health goes back, so you are fighting 2 frieza's.

No one mentioned tapion and well I'm sorry to say ill hit you with brave cannon so fast you won't have a chance to hit any buttons and if you are a pro gamer I still got him customized with afterimage and mirage along with his heros flute and still with room to boost my blast gauges and have saviour.. I am unbeatable...!

Kid Buu, Broly, Omega Shenron, SS4 Gogeta in order of 4th to 1st.

Have to go with Cooler on this one just cause he's such a badass and Vegeta of course.

It is gogeta ssj4 because it has speed comboes and a grate damaged attacks
Goku end normal is also good because it has ublockable attack max power move

Kid buy has the highest chain of combos in the game not to mention a fast Kamehameha and a powerful death ball. I like to cancel in between combos to keep and endless chain of attacks. I can do the same with Yamcha's wolf fang Fist. If You don't know how to cancel it's just tapping L1 while holding or charging an attack

I would have to say teen Gohan, a ss2 at his age is just badass, but other than that hes very fast and father son kamehameha kicks ass

All wrong. If not using fusion Vegeta is the best bet. Assuming you leveled Vegeta to 99 make sure all points are out on all fighting attributes. Spend no points on capsule and luck. After all points are put in every attack should be tripled and ki usage is reduce and ki gauge fills faster. Because Vegeta has only 3 transformations that leaves 4slots left. Fill the remainder with 2 galick guns and 2 big bang attacks. With this set up Vegetas galick gun can erase one whole life bar if not more. Big bang attack erases 2 1/2 health. Assuming your not fighting another lvl 99.
