I can't seem to get Dragon Arena and I have beaten all of the stories, but there are not Eleven characters, there are only Ten. (Goku, Kid Gohan, Teen Gohan, Gohan, Vegeta, Krillin, Piccolo, Tien, Yamcha, and Broly)

You have to start over sorry. To get Dragon Arena, you have to beat story mode with the following:Goku, Kid Gohan, Teen Gohan, Gohan, Vegeta, Krillin, Piccolo, Tien, Yamcha, and Ubb. You do not beat it with Broly. You cannot get Dragon Arena now unless you restart your game.

If you have unlocked everyone, then simply beat Dragon Universe with every character (10) EXCEPT Broly (who makes it a total of 11 characters). If you have already beaten Broly's Dragon Universe, and still don't have Dragon Arena,...you must beat it, AGAIN, with everybody EXCEPT Broly.

Hey.
You need to get uub before you get dragon arena.... You wil get uub with killing kid buu with a spirit bomb while goku is in kaioken or normal. In story mode

Yo,

To get Dragon Arena beat Dragon Universe's With Everybody (Goku,Kid Gohan, Teen Gohan,Gohan,Vegeta,Krillin,Piccolo,Tien,Yamcha and Uub*)

If you beat the game with Broly Then You need to complete the game with everyone except Broly.

*= The way to get Uub(Kid Buu Purified/Human Form) is Go Goku and Put in
KaioKen
Super Saiyan
Spirit Bomb
Additional Items (Senzu Bean etc.)

Get him to at Least Yellow Bar(2500HP) and Use Spirit Bomb
Then if you win the bar challenge then you Perform Ultimate Spirit Bomb!
You talk then you go to the World Tournament (RED DOT) and then beat him in anyway and you Unlock UUB

a good choice to make befor going to beat kid buu is save right befor so if u mess up u can just start from were u saved

to get uub u must have kaioken super saiyan spirit bomb and i say wait till buu is in the red health go kaoken and use spirt bomb and get an atack win then beat uub but befor u beat uub go to a mystery near the world tournement a realy coooool scean will happen and u get ss4 goku
