Hey guys I´ve unlocked every character except 4 the kid cell and I've tried mostly everything I can but I still haven´t gotten him so can ya´ll plz tell me how 2 unlock him all the exact details plz.

To get CellJr. You have to beat Majin Buu lv. 66 twice with a level 20-40 person. On the second time piccolo will break in. Beat him to unlock Cell Jr.

You have to go to Dragon Arena (to do this you have to complete story with all story mode people) and keep fighting from lowest level and when you get to Nappa you will probably have to fight more than one, when you get to a certain Nappa before you fight him you will see words that say someone has broken in and you will fight Picilo (sorry if this is incorrect spelling) and if you beat him you will get Cell Jr.

Go to dragen arena have a chracter from30to 40 and when someone breks in you fight them and bam you got celljrs

You Have to beat Cell with, Vegeta, Goku, Trunks, Gohan, Krillin, and some other ones that were alive at that time. Beat him with all the ones that were on the show and then go back and defeat him with Teen Gohan with father and son Kamehameha and you should unlock it.

Cell Jr.:
In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 20-40 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level. Eventually (most likely around the time you reach a Level 36-40,...provided you follow the example listed above for the Saibamen), Piccolo will "Suddenly Break In". Defeat him, and Cell Jr. Will become unlocked.

Cell JR: In Dragon Arena, Fight with a level 36 character, fight LV 66 Tien, beat him, then fight another LV 66 character, (not tien) and hopefully Piccolo will break-in, beat him to get cell JR.

Actually the thing is the website says you to be 20-40 to do it but it's wrong as long as it's lower that person your fighting you will get it.
