How do u unlock the character's on the cover? the guy with a red tail, the legendary saiyan guy, and the wierdo on the right.

Actually i'll answer part of it myslef.

The guy with the red tail is SSJ4 goku, I have him now.
The guy on the left is Brolly I think, but I still don't know who the guy on the right is. Can you help me unlock brolly and that guy on the right please?

The charicters on the front of the cover from left to right are
Broly,super saiyan junction 4 goku and cooler

To get cooler beat gokus dragon universe once then during the seccond time playing as goku when on planet namek after fighting ginyu you will face frieza
Beat frieza once after the fight you will see two red dots on the map this time go for the new dot save if your not sure which is the new dot anyway instead of krillin
Being killed by frieza you will see vegita appear in front of you boasting how he warned frieza how he was a super sayian after talking with vegita you will fight him in his super sayian form beat him and goku will say he can still sence friezas energy another dot will appear goto it you will face cooler friezas older brother
When you defeat him youve got him
Also when playing dragon universe with goku for the third time after you defeat frieza the first time instead of two red dots there will be three go to it save again if you don't know which it is and instead of facing vegita you will face cooler after talking with cooler go a little to the north until a ??? Comes up and you will get coolers spaceship letting you get coolers android form after you get this go to the red dot to fight android cooler.

The guy with the red tail is goku in super saiyan 4 mode, you unlock the capsule for the transformation,on the third time on goku's DU after you have just seen the cut-scene where buu absorbs Gohan go to the mountain area where the red dot is and you will find kibotishin. Battle buu inside and out, then you will be sent to destroy a new evil. Now go to the bottom right on the islands and you will find the capsule for super saiyan 4. To get the legendary saiyan guy (his name is Broly) , after you get the super saiyan 4 capsule for Goku go to the red dot and you will fight Broly. Defeat him and you will get him.

To get cooler (Frieza's brother and the the wierdo on the right of the case) beat vegeta's DU then go to Goku's DU and get to namek,then once you have fought frieza the first time there should be another red dot on the bottom left of the screen. Go to it and you will fight vegeta, then go to the new red dot and you will fight cooler and beat him to get him.

You mean broly? You can unlock him in goku story

My cover doesn't have them pictured....but here's a start:

Omega Shenron: only after Broly has been defeated, ignore the red dot and go to West City. After the conversation with Bulma, go and beat Gotenks at the tournament (this will unlock the Gogeta Fusion for Goku). After your battle, a new red dot will appear...Omega Shenron. When you arrive, S.S.4 Vegeta will show up. The two of you will fuse to become, and unlock, S.S.4 Gogeta. If you beat Omega Shenron, he will become unlocked.
