I've looked through the whole questions list and I couldn't find the answer so, does everyone have a dragon rush move? If so where do you find them.

They are pretty rare in the shops but, the problem is, is that I don't know how to get it by fighting....

Only some characters have dragon rush moves. Vegeta,Goku,hercule,piccolo,Gotenks. Those are the only characters that have dragon rush moves. Either find them in the shops or find them in story mode. To find Goku's when you go to the cell games, just next to it is a 'plains' area and you will get it there. To get vegeta's when you are about to face the androids or cell go to the capsule corp. You get Gotenks dragon rush move as soon as you fuse. Hercule's move you have to find in the shop. Piccolo's move you get from the breakthrough capsule, shop or somewhere in dragon universe.

The "Dragon Rush Attack" can be used by any/everyone. However, only a few characters have the "Final" portion.......like the Final Flash or Warp Kamehameha.
