You equip sparking the same as you equip anything else, just go to the Skills thing and put it in it, like you do with the S.S.1 capsules, kamehameha, ect...

You go into the Skills tray and put in Sparking. Then when you are done you pick Custom, not Normal.

The Sparkling capsule helps increase the amount of tournament money you can get by winning the tournament, so it's best you equip it in tournment.To equip Sparkling, go to any tournament you want.After you choose your person, choose custom. Go to the next section of capsules to the left, and look and choose sparkling. Then fill the rest with any capsules you want.( P.s., another way is to go to Edit Skills and choose a person you want to have it)
