How do I do the spirit bomb on kid buu I dont know how to charge it.

To charge up a Spirit Bomb, you have to wait until the bar reaches its max and hit X.

Super Saiyan 4 (Goku) - After you fight Majin Buu, instead of going to the next point, go to the Tower in the frozen island and talk to Kibitoshin. Then go to the point. Then go fight Super Buu and after you fight him inside himself Goku will tell you to go check out the new power. Instead of going to the point fly over the islands on the south and you should trigger a scene of Vegeta complaining. Then go fight Broly at the marker. After that battle dont go to the next point, but go near Babas Palace and look for a Plains and talk to Bulma, then head to West City to get the Super Saiyan 4 capsule. Then go to the marker to fight Goku, and you should get the SSJ4 Gogeta fusion as well.

The first answer was how to get SS4 Vegeta, this is how you get it for Goku:
Follow the steps to fight Broly: in the second time through Gokus DU, in buu saga before you fight Super Buu as Vegito, look around the red dot, you should find a scene titled "mountains" go there and you'll talk to Supreme Kai, after that, go fight super buu, then you get a new red dot, wich is Broly,after you fight him, go to the chain islands and look around, you should find a scene where Goku goes SS4 and then you get the capsule.

PS. After you get it, go to west city and talk to bulma, then you go to fight Gotenks, and after that you will fight Omega Shenron
