Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 Questions

What order does the ultimate attacks go in at the skill shop and how do you unlock saibaman and supreme kai.

The Ultimate attacks are listed in the same order the characters are listed in the game/strategy guide.

Supreme Kai: Use Gohan's Dragon Universe for AT LEAST the second time. After you have unlocked Videl, AND beat Goten, go to Kami's lookout and beat Piccolo. When the Dabura fight appears, go to the mountain area of the main continent. Find the scene with Vegeta, and then go fight Dabura. After the Dabura battle, Gohan will now go after Vegeta instead of Buu. Beat Vegeta, and head towards the red dot. BEFORE you fight Buu, use the "Sense Aura" (R1) to find the "plains" spot near Central City. After the scene with Supreme Kai, he will become unlocked.

Saibamen: In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 10-20 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level. Eventually, Nappa will "Suddenly Break In". Defeat him, and the Saibamen will become unlocked. *Example: A level 25 Cell should battle a Level 50 anyoune. Once you "Power- Up" to Level 26, battle a Level 52,...and so on.

The order of the Ultimate Attacks in the Skill Shop goes like this, I'll mention a few characters but you'll know how it goes then...
Goku-->Picollo-->Raditz-->back to Goku

To unlock Saibamen you'll need to have Dragon Arena unlocked, here's how...
Dragon Arena
You can get the 'Dragon Arena Ticket' capsule and unlocking the
Dragon Arena mode by defeating D.U with all 11 playable characters
(doesn't matter in wich order you do this).

4. Gohan
5. Vegeta
6. Picollo
7. Krillin
8. Tien
9. Yamcha
10. Broly
11. Uub

Saibamen: Just keep fighting lvl 32 Videl with a character at lvl 10, in between lvl 10 and 20 or at lvl 20, at a point you'll receive a note that says: Someone has just broken-in!, it's Nappa defeat him to unlock Saibamen...
Note: this might take a few characters...
I used Cell, and when I was at lvl 14 I unlocked Saibamen...

I'll post how to unlock Supreme Kai and his fusion (Kibitoshin)...
Supreme Kai: When you're in Gohan's D.U for at least the second
time, and after the battle with Goten head to
Kami's Lookout and face Picollo, after you have
beat him or time has run out and you won, you'll
appear above Babidi's Spaceship and ready to fight
Dabura, but ignore this fight and head to the
North-East part of the map, just North of Hercule's
City you'll find with Vegeta titled 'Mountains'
after your chat with Vegeta head to Babidi's Spaceship
and defeat Dabura, once again the red dot will appear
at Babidi's Spaceship, enter it, now Gohan will go
after Vegeta, but ignore your fight with him and head
to the West City, fly a little to the East and you'll
find some dark-green plains, near there should be a
scene with Supreme Kai titled 'Plains', after this
scene you'll unlock him.
Kibitoshin: Fullfill the Supreme Kai requirements, now go and
defeat Vegeta, now a new red dot will appear, Kid Buu,
defeat him too, after this go to Central City and head
to the West, keep flying until the land ends and you're
above the water, on one of the Island will be a scene
with Kibitoshin titled 'Forest', after this scene you'll
unlock him. Another way to unlock this capsule is by
buying it in the Skill shop, but you'll need to have
the Black Membership Card to buy this 'Rare' capsule.
