Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 Questions

I have all the characters on budokai3 except cell junior and saibeman.

To unlock these two characters you'll need to have unlocked Dragon Arena, if you didn't do that yet here's how...

Saibamen: just keep fighting lvl 32 Videl untill you get a note that says: Someone has just broken-in!, it's Nappa, you'll have to beat him to unlock Saibamen, note you'll have to do this with a character at lvl 10, in between lvl 10 and lvl 20 or at lvl 20...

Cell Jr: just keep fighting lvl 66 Tien untill you get a note that says: Someone has just broken-in!, it's Picollo, beat him to unlock Cell Jr, note you'll have to do this with a character at lvl 20, in between lvl 20 and lvl 40 or a lvl 40 character...

I know how how to get cell JR.

Get Gouku, go all the way down till you get to the strongest opponent someone should break in, beat the person that broke in and you should get him.

Saibamen: In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 10-20 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level. Eventually, Nappa will "Suddenly Break In".

Defeat him, and the Saibamen will become unlocked. *Example: A level 25 Cell should battle a Level 50 anyoune. Once you "PowerUp" to Level 26, battle a Level 52,...and so on.

Cell Jr.: In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 20-40 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level.

Eventually (most likely around the time you reach a Level 36-40,...provided you follow the example listed above for the Saibamen), Piccolo will "Suddenly Break In".

Defeat him, and Cell Jr. will become unlocked.
