When ever I'm in hypermode, the spirit bomb won't work can someone help me ?

Put spirit bomb in your skills tray and then go into hyper mode while fighting and if you have enough ki, press L2.

I guess you're trying to unlock Uub, well here's how...

Uub: When you're in Goku's D.U for at least the second time and in
the Majin Buu saga, at a point Gohan will be absorbed by
Super Buu, after this a new red dot will appear, Super Buu,
beat him inside and out, now you'll be on the map again,
adjust your Skill Tray with these 3 capsule's: Kaioken,
Super Saiyan and Spirit Bomb, the other capsule may be from
your own choice (I used Goku's Breakthrough), now enter the
red dot and defeat Kid Buu with a Spirit Bomb, note that you
need to execute the Spirit Bomb attack in the normal state,
don't execute it as a Super Saiyan or higher otherwise you'll
execute Super Dragon Fist, after you have defeated Kid Buu
correctly a new red dot will appear at the World Tournament,
there you'll fight Uub, defeat him to unlock him.

Do this and you'll do the Spirit Bomb correctly, good luck!!!

You need to make sure you have enough ki.

You have to wait until the meter is just about full (your timing needs to be good), and then press any ONE of the buttons on the control pad (X, O,...).

You will have a total of THREE chances to do this. Whoever (you OR the Computer) gets the most of the meter full all three times,..."wins".
