Vegito: Goku: You'll get the Fusion automaticly in Goku's D.U (Majin Buu saga)
There is not such thing as Big Gete Star in the game, but here's how to get 'Cooler's Spaceship':
Cooler: You need to have beaten Goku's and Vegeta's D.U for atleast one time, when you're at least at the second time battle against him, after that there will be 3 new red dots, go to the one south of your battle with Frieza, beat S.S.1 Vegeta, then go to the new red dot and beat Cooler, after this he will become unlocked Metal Cooler (Cooler's Spaceship): You can buy it at the Skill Shop (Black Membership Card) or when you do what is needed to unlock Cooler you'll need to battle Metal Cooler next, first you'll have a little conversation with him and then you'll be back on the map, the next red dot is the battle against Metal Cooler, before you battle him search to the north of where the battle is and you'll find the capsule...

Potara (Goku)- Get automatically in his DU.

There is no Big Gette Star....

The Potara Earrings are unlocked throughout the "natural" course of Goku's D.U.
