How do you get the Siabamen or cell junior . I have played over ninety fights in dragon arena and Picollo or Nappa haven't broken in yet.

It may take more than one character to cause a "Break In",....it took me 5...

Saibamen: In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 10-20 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level. Eventually, Nappa will "Suddenly Break In".

Defeat him, and the Saibamen will become unlocked. *Example: A level 25 Cell should battle a Level 50 anyoune. Once you "Power-Up" to Level 26, battle a Level 52,...and so on.

Cell Jr.: In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 20-40 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level.

Eventually (most likely around the time you reach a Level 36-40,...provided you follow the example listed above for the Saibamen), Piccolo will "Suddenly Break In".

Defeat him, and Cell Jr. will become unlocked.

I have heard the level 10-20 thing a lot of times, but I used a level 21 character and Nappa broke in.

Instead of just picking the characters with the right leveles, pick one whose level is below 21, I used a level 10 character, then just keep on fighting until your level is 21.

After fight someone who is a level 32 and if the fight starts but the computer hasnt told you someone has broken in pause the game, re-select the characters and then fight until it tells you someone has broken in.

I did it that way and Nappa broke in the second time I fought with the correct level people.
