I've beaten everyone in dragon universe with several characters (to try to get cell Jr.) And it never worked, so I tried getting everyone BreakThrough and after I got Videls they won't let me get any more.
<BR>Can Someone PLEASE!!!!! HELP ME GET CELL JR. AND The BTs Again?

Hi Superdragonomega,

You can't get Cell Jr. in the Dragon Universe, you will need to unlock dragon arena.

I don't know exactly how to unlock dragon arena, but what I did is I beat the D.U with every character at least twice and I had all the characters that you can get from D.U (like Supreme Kai, Hercule, Videl, Cooler ect...) and I also beat the game on the very strong difficult or is it very hard...I can't remeber that...

But once you get dragon arena and you begin fighting in there picolo will suddenly break-in you'll have to beat him to get Cell Jr., you can also get Saibamen in the Dragon Arena.

Cell Jr.: In the Dragon Arena: use a Level 20-40 character, and battle opponents *AT LEAST DOUBLE* your own level. Eventually (most likely around the time you reach a Level 36-40,...provided you follow the example listed above for the Saibamen), Piccolo will "Suddenly Break In". Defeat him, and Cell Jr. will become unlocked.

This was a pain in the A** to figure out, but I managed to do so. Here's how:

1. Unlock all (well at least everyone except Cell Jr., and the Saibamen) Characters.

2. Purchase the "Ultimate Skill/Move" for each character at the skill shop. They cost 50,000 Zenie each. If you think that's bad,...each one has a "Power-Up"!!! Ya know, that Red "P" in the yellow circle,... middle box of the "Skill Card". Basically, it increases the attack's strength. However, it's like buying the same thing twice.

3. After Buying all of the "Ultimate Skill/Move" from the shop (the original, not the "Power-Up"), go to the "System section of the shop and purchase "Baba's Crystal Ball (000)"...120,000 Zenie.

4. After Buying "(000)", go back to the "System" section, and purchase "Baba's Crystal Ball (001)"..120,000 Zenie.

5. With the above four requirements met, you will now be able to purchase the "Breakthrough" capsules for all of the characters that you have unlocked: not available in Dragon Universe. They cost 75,000 Zenie each.
