Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 Questions

Ok, so my question is one that most people out there may be asking, unless of course they already have the answer. Here Goes:

<BR>1. How do I get the Breakthrough capsules for the following characters:
<BR>Kid Goku, Great Saiyaman, Goten, Trunks, Kid Trunks, Hercule, Videl, Supreme Kai, Raditz, Nappa, Captain Ginyu, Recoome, Frieza, Androids (16-17-18), Dr. Gero, Cell, Buu (Majin-Super-Kid), Dabura, Cooler, Bardock, Omega Shenron, Saibamen, and Cell Jr. ??? As far as I know, they are not available in the Dragon niverse mode.
<BR>
<BR>2. According to the Strategy Guide, the Breakthrough Capsules (for the Characters listed above), must be wished for after gathering all of the Dragon Balls. So my question is: what am I missing??? I have not unlocked Cell Jr., yet. Is that what it is???

<BR>I ask for a detailed response of what to do, not a half-guessed theory.

I feel a little odd,...I'm answering my own question. The reason that I am doing so, is so that anybody else who is asking the same thing....will have the answers that they need.

First of all, the Prima Official Strategy Guide IS FULL OF MISTAKES AND MISPRINTS!!!!! A lot of capsule that say "shop price: NA", are available in the shop. Also, the "Breakthrough Capsules/Abilities" (for the characters in the question listed above) are only available through the shop!

Here's how it works (In the following order):
1. Complete Dragon Universe with each character that is playable, and "wish" for the "Breakthrough". You MUST collect the "Breakthrough" for each character!!!

2. Buy all of the "Ultimate Skill" moves for each character (50,000 Zenie per move, per character), provided that you have unlocked all of the characters.

3. Now buy "Baba's Crystal Ball (Movie 00)". This may be purchased ONLY AFTER all of the "Ultimate Skill" capsules have been aquired/bought.

4. Now go and purchase "Baba's Crystal Ball (Movie 01)". This item may be purchased ONLY AFTER "Baba's Crystal Ball (Movie 00)" has been purchased

5. When the above four tasks have been completed, all of the remaining character's "Breakthrough Capsules/Abilities" may be purchased from the skills shop (75,000 Zenie, per capsule, per character).

NOW GO AND KICK SOME BUDOKAI-BUTT!!!!!
