To get Omega Shenron, you must beat the game 4, count it FOUR times IN A ROW with Goku. Vegeta I'm not so sure. I don't think you can with Vegeta.
I won't give it away for you but when you beat the game on the fourth time, it won't end, you meet Shenron but something special happens and you unlock something BIG!!!!!
