How on earth do you get the ribbon I'm so confused I have searched every town and am now starting to search all the other places so if you could help me it would be much obliged.

I think you have to morph a Tonberry, which are found in North Crater.

Do what they ^ said, and to get Tiffa's ultimate weapon, you have to go to the Bone Village, start escavating for normal treasure, and set like 6 people infront of the tent in the upper part of the village.

You get "KEY TO SECTOR FIVE". Go to Midgar, give the man his lost key, and go into this shop inside the town. Play the broken down slot machine, and you get it. (I'm not quite sure about the slot thing because I haven't done this yet, but I'm sure it works).

It is in the Temple of the Ancients in door 8.

If you missed it you can always get it later on by stealing it from a Tonberry in the Northern Cave.
