Why can't Cloud use Omnislash even though he is level 78 and has
I'm really confused, the only thing left in the game to do is the final battle and Cloud keeps saying 'I'm not sure but...' every time I try to teach him Omnislash. I have learned every limit skill you can learn for him and also have his ultimate weapon, if that matters. And yes, I already got the Omnislash item through the battle games

I can't see a reason for him not being able to learn it if you have the item and already have all of his other limit breaks there should be no problem, so double check that again and also it doesn't matter what sword you have equipped him with.
