Go to Bone Village. Talk to the guy sitting down by the tent on the bottom level. Tell him you're looking for the Lunar Harp. Make sure you have 500 gil at least. Place all the workers wherever you wish but I'd recommend you place them all on the top level because the Lunar Harp is always there for me. Ignite the bomb for search and the workers will look in the direction where they think the Lunar Harp is. Try to find the most accurate position for the workers to dig. Overnight they will dig for it. Hopefully the Lunar Harp will be in the chest at the bottom next to the tent. Good luck.

To find the Lunar Harp, you need to go to Bone Village( it's on the south coast of the northern continent.
Talk to the guy in front of the tent and choose to look for the Lunar harp. Deploy some men in a couple of locations and detonate.
Now all the guys you deploied will face in the direction of the lunar harp. Have them dig there and the next morning the lunar harp should be in the chest in front of the tent.
If it's not, just try again.

I cant even get the option to do the excavation dig. I can just buy items and the other dude just give talking bubbles without any choices. Stuck and save game f%/&ed
