Now go to the diner and choose one of three things you can eat. It doesn't matter which. When he asks you how it was, choose "It was alright". You'll get a Pharmacy Coupon.

Enter the Pharmacy, just below the Diner. And choose the disinfectant. Now go to the Pub and give the lady in the toilet the disinfectant. This will get you the Cologne.
